Terms & Conditions – Luvaria

1. Scope & Application
   These terms govern purchases from Luvaria, EU-based dropshipping seller. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering & Prices
   All product prices include applicable VAT. You will always see the final price plus shipping before confirming your order.

3. Contract Conclusion
   Contracts are concluded upon our confirmation email after payment (in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive).

4. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship via our suppliers. Estimated delivery: 7–25 working days. You will be notified of delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal
   You can withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving reasons. See Withdrawal Policy below.

6. Returns and Refunds
   Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Refunds (excluding extra shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

7. Liability
   We are liable only for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   EU consumer protection law applies. Disputes resolved in consumer’s local court.

9. Amendments
   We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes are published on this page.
