Battery Notice pursuant to the German Battery Act (BattG)

Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. Consumers are legally required to return used batteries. Waste batteries can be returned free of charge to public collection points or anywhere batteries are sold.

Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin. Below this symbol, chemical symbols such as “Hg”, “Cd” or “Pb” may appear, indicating the presence of hazardous substances.
